Lily Wessel grew up in Westfield, Indiana where she began dancing with Carmel Dance Center, and later at Indy Dance Academy upon its inception in 2009. She graduated Spring 2020 with a BFA in Musical Theatre from Ball State University. Growing up she trained and competed with Indy Dance Academy for 10 years. During high school she spent 3 years training at the Indiana Ballet Conservatory. She began performing in theatre with Summer Stock Stage in Indianapolis, and after performing with them for 6 years went on to study theatre in college. During summers away from school she began teaching and choreographing for Summer Stock Stage and has wanted to continue teaching and working with students as much as possible ever since.
