Our smaller studios offer a warm and inviting rehearsal environment, while our bigger studios offer an expansive space designed with large scale production rehearsals and workshops in mind.

Rental Request

Fill out our Rental Request Form to schedule available space, review our rental policies, receive pricing and acquaint yourself with our studios, staff and Academy. Our studios may be rented at any time and rates vary based on availability and size of studio.
NOTE: Rental deposits are non-refundable

Studio and Room Information:

All seven studios are equipped with sprung sub flooring and Marley overlay, floor to ceiling mirrors, ballet barres, and audio systems (able to utilize CDs or iPods and including a connection to stream audio directly from your phone or laptop).

Studios 1 & 2: 18′ x 23′ with 8′ ceilings.
Studio 3: 15′ x 18′ with 10′ ceilings
Studios 4 & 5: 18′ x 23′ with 10′ ceilings
Studios 6 & 7: 45′ x 45′ with 16’+ ceilings.
Vocal Room: 8′ x 13′ complete with Roland KR-177 Digital Upright Piano
