Host family welcomed into IDA 15 minutes prior to party start time.
Doors open for party guests 5 minutes prior to party start time.
Host family is responsible for the following:

• Paper goods, decorations, treats.
• Supervision of party guests family members on IDA premises.
• Departure time of all guests 10 minutes after conclusion of party.
• Timely communication/confirmation with IDA admin on date/time/theme/number of guests
• Signed waiver/agreement prior to party.
• $ 50 deposit at time of signed agreement/waiver.
• Payment in full at conclusion of party.
